What you are signing up to

Sixty seconds is all we need: Enough detail to identify you with a lender. If you cannot remember the finance provider or the year, say so on the form and we will trace it.
Nothing to pay unless you win: No charge to check and no charge if the claim fails. If it succeeds our fee is 18 to 36 percent including VAT, confirmed in writing before we start.
Your details are never sold: We use them to trace your agreements and to contact you about your claim. We do not pass them to other claims companies or to lead buyers.

You can claim free without us. You do not need to use a claims management company. You can complain directly to your lender for free, and if you are unhappy with their answer you can refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service at no cost.
